A Benedictine Contradiction
Here is a St. Benedict quote from
Cloister Walk
by Kathleen Norris p.17. The book is interesting, but Oprahish in its spirituality.
A monastery is never without guests.
From a Protestant point of view I find the attraction of monasteries to the unbelieving world around fascinating.
