The Spring 2019 Haiti Mission Trip is 05/11/2019 - 05/18/2019
The registration deadline is 12/16/18. $100 fee due.
The cost is approximately $1921 per person (Registered on time): ($1050 for WWV and $871 for air ticket)

Trip To Haiti

You need $10 in cash for the Tourist fee in Port-Au-Prince Airport.
The funds are due on 04/17/2019.
In Haiti, we will be staying in Williamson.

We carry a lot of gifts (from sponsors to their sponsor kids) and supplies to Haiti. I suggest that you bring a backpack, a carry-on bag, and a check-in bag. The check-in bag is for carrying gifts and supplies to Haiti. This suitcase might be something you can buy at the Salvation Army and leave in Haiti.

1st Planning Meeting: 11:00 a.m. on 01/27/2019 at Grace in Room 201 (loft)
2nd Planning Meeting: 11:00 a.m. at 02/17/2019 at Grace in Room 203 (Loft)
3rd Planning Meeting: 11:00 a.m. at 04/14/2019 at Grace in Room 203 (Loft)
Packing Party: We are meeting at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, 05/08/2019 at Grace Community Church Rooms (East Wing # 304-305).
Post Haiti Debrief will be during 3rd Service (11:00 a.m.) on 06/02/2019 in Rooms 307.

Study the Gospel of John. Reread it a few times. Pay attention to how Jesus interacted with people.
Establish 2 prayer buddies. One who is going on the trip and one is staying home. If your spouse is going on the trip, don't choose your spouse.

Memorize scripture. Pick a few verses on both sharing the gospel and suffering.
